a single man

i saw it this past weekend. i didn't really know much about the film before seeing it, which i really like doing when seeing films. i'd only seen the trailer for the movie before seeing the film. i read some of the book that it was based on but gt bored of it quite quickly. the movie was similar to the book. very long and very slow.

however i did enjoy the look of the movie. everything was so picturesque and beautiful. i wanted to live there. it took place in california during the 1960s so i basically ended up falling in love with the way everyone looked in the film. julianne moore was positively glamorous and colin firth was as handsome as ever in his perfectly pressed suits and thick framed specs.







i just want to look exactly like everyone in this film. glamorous and effortless.
