the petite couple.

no fashion for today. well maybe but NO! i must talk about this show and how this couple is destined to be together forever.

ok so WE GO MARRIED is a korean television show that shows 2 celebrities paired up to be husband and wife. they must live together and do just about everything together, so they can get a taste of real married life. they are given missions to complete and they're also privately interviewed along the way, expressing their feelings on everything that is happening.

the current couple is jo kwon from 2am and ga in from the brown eyed girls. both pop singers. ga in is older by a little bit i think. and OMG i love them so much. they're just so unbelievably perfect for one another. they never hold back from each other and they say whatever they want to, which i think is what makes them the perfect couple. they are so much alike as well, ah, just so perfect.

... and they have like the best fashion sense ever. they fit so well and they don't look bad together. their outfits compliment each other. there! some fashion for ya :) oh, also, i downloaded their single WE FELL IN LOVE last night and i've already got a play count of it on my itunes of 20 haha i've been listening to it all morning on repeat, i'm listening to it now! and i fell asleep to it on my ipod!

ok i'm done fangirling. here are some super cute pictures that will make you puke because they're so perfectly cute together :)

anna sui fall 2010 rtw

this lady is honestly like the queen of patterns and fabrics. just every piece, you could get lost in those patterns. they never stop. her life must be so colourful for her to use so much colour and design in her line.

this collection makes me want to run away to alaska or vancouver, somewhere cold with lots of snow and cabins and mountains with a huge trunk full of every piece from this line.

the second part of the collection however makes me think of weddings in the spring time, and garden parties during the 1920s. ladies in flappers, lots of lace, shimmer, flowers. white tights. i love them so much. i look terrible in them but i love the idea of them paired with cute heels and a knock out dress.

i love anna sui. i think she's just the most adorable person. i wish she was somehow related to me so we could talk for hours about fashion, clothing, patterns and ideas, and then she would let me have a bunch of her clothing, for free of course, seeing as we're somehow related :)

this line makes me want a fur coat, or vest, even more now. i've always wanted one but i think i definitely need to get one now.

thick cozy knits. high waisted harem pants. lace. furry hats. and one full body suit (i need it, i must have it, i cannot live without it!)

i love lace. lace is my new obsession. it looks good on anybody in my opinion and makes anyone look instantly hot and sexy. white or black lace, sometimes nude with a bright vibrant bra underneath or just a simple black or white one. i like when you can see the outline of a bra from under a lace top. it's so nice. i love the lace looks from this line. i ABSOLUTELY love the lace dress. it sorta, kinda needs to be mine (not as much as the body suit though. no never.)

i love coats. if i could own more than one winter coat for the season and not look crazy, i would buy every coat that i see from value village. i see so many coats from that place that i want to buy so badly but then smart pema kicks in and says, do i really need this? i already have like 2 new coats for this winter. why should i buy this coat? well, because it's lovely?! meh. there was only one coat that i liked from this collection. it's so adorable. makes me think of a little cute doll. i've always wanted to be a little cute doll.

harem pants! i love harem pants! i never, ever want to buy any other pant. i wish my entire wardrobe was just made up of harem pants and maybe a few roll shorts. just love these pants. they make you look like a real woman, with a job and a lifestyle. i don't know how they do this but they do! and it's amazing.

fuck i need this onesie. it's just...ah, i can imagine it in my head with so many outfits. just one after the other, popping into my head. i will probably never own this particular suit but i can probaly find something secondhand, that looks like it. fingers crossed.

neon colours. pointy hair bows. CRAZY prints.

i've never been too crazy about loud prints mixed with more loud prints but this line makes me appreciate the beauty of this wonderful combination. if you're going to go with one crazy print, why not just go all out and have a loud outfit altogether?!

bows bows bows. i love them so much. i must learn how to make them on my own. so far, i've been wearing headbands with bows glued to them. i need to start making my own personalized bows out of patterns and material. only then will i truly be happy...

tadashi shoji: fall 2010

so again, i've never ever heard of this fashion designer before until now.

if i was the queen of the world and needed an endless collection of dresses and evening gowns to wear on a day-to-day basis, this guy would be my new best friend.

this entire collection left me speechless and wishing i was born into a world of money, yachts, polo matches, and parties. seriously, this guy needs to be known by every single academy award attendee. if you showed up to any awards ceremony with one of these dresses on, you would make every single best dressed list, i'm sure of it.

there's not much to say about this line other than glamorous and pretty. i feel like if i were to ever wear even one of these dresses, i would first have to have won the lottery and second, have to ride in a stretch limo everywhere i went. they're just THAT good.

my entire pictures folder is filled with these dresses. i don't even know which ones to post and which ones to keep for myself. hopefully i don't overwhelm anyone with the beauty of these images.

chunky scarves are my new favourite thing. i love it when scarves are just so big and huge, wrapped around someone's neck and they've only got their eyes peaking out from under all of that wonderfully cozy material. it's just the greatest look and feeling ever right now. this line had amazing scarves, i want them all. i love wearing 2 scarves at the same time and just making them look as big as possible!

lovely pea coats, capes, great layering. this is definitely not a feminine line, but that's not a bad thing! it's so cozy and warm, but also keeps you looking so fashionable and smart. i was so all about the tight, fitted leather coats for the longest time but now, i want nothing more than to buy a huge cape or pea coat and just get swallowed up into it. this lines actually makes me appreciate the cold weather. you can't layer in the summer time!

here are some of my favourites :)

i wasn't crazy about the shoes used in this line but i would do anything for these pretty, pretty shoes!

karen walker fall 2010 ready-to-wear

bright red lips. pulled back, teased ponytails. amazing pant suits, coats, AMAZING SUNGLASSES, and fur. furfurfurfurfur! there are some days where i actually just want to dress exactly like a boy. this collection makes me think of those happy days! floral prints. oh i need to get over this obsession. i feel like an old grandmother stuck in a 19 year olds body when it comes to floral prints.

i really love the 2 blue dresses with the black outlining. they give the look of a huge bow but there really isn't one on the dress at all. just love them both so much!

i really want something similar to the chunky knit scarf/hood combo. i saw something similar to it a really long time ago downtown but i never bought it. the last time i was in that same shop, they didn't have any left. if only i had bought it when i had the chance... argh!

i think i would wear the majority of this collection, if only i could...

here are some of my top picks :)
